Hawzah News Agency –The audiobook “Truth as it Is” by late Ayatollah Jafar Al-Hadi (r.a.) was produced in Spanish, French and Indonesian by the Office for the Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
The purpose of producing this audiobook is to use modern capacities, and to address the needs of the audience of the publications of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
The book “Truth as it is”, by late Ayatollah Jafar Al-Hadi, was selected as the first audio book to be produced by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly due to its brevity, fluent and all-understanding expression text.
The necessity to address the needs of the audience made the Assembly to use the capacity of native speakers to narrate the book, and technical editing. Hence, the audiobook “Truth as it Is” in French, Spanish and Indonesian was produced in collaboration with Lighthouse Publishing (active in the Latin American region) and the Jakarta Islamic Center.
In the book “Truth as it is”, the author intends to briefly introduce the Twelver Shiite intellectual frameworks, regardless of any arguments and addresses the common doubts, accusations, and differences between different Islamic denominations. He raises forty different issues, such as: why the followers of Twelver Shiite are called Jafari, their number and place of residence in the world, their historical place in Islam, their belief in God, the Quran and the Companions, their view on the issue of caliphate and Imamate after the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h), and their obedience to the Imams. In this way, he tries to examine the differences between Shiite beliefs and the beliefs of other Islamic denominations.
It should be mentioned that the “Truth as it is” collection is the first audiobook of the Publications of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and unveiled on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, in the conference “Study of the priorities and strategies for disseminating the teachings of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) in the international arena; with emphasis on the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia, and Latin America regions” by Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the Assembly, and Hojat al-Islam Mahdi Mahdavipour, representative of the Supreme Leader in India.
